An operational assignment in an international company can only be successfully carried out with support covering the entire environment of the training period. The ESCI has developed a real method with its partners.
This takes place through the international partners following the ESCI's specifications as follows: - The local partner finding companies and host families
- Definition of the assignment by the different parties (company, local partner, ESCI) taking into consideration the requirements of the courses
- Matching the student and the assignment
- Putting the student and the company into contact
- Finalising details
- Welcoming the students at the airport
- Support in the host families (accomodation and meals throughout the stay)
- Organisation of acclimatisation courses by the partner school in the country (2 weeks) so as to give the students basic knowledge in history, geography, the economy, culture, social aspects, politics, ... to help with integration
- Monitoring of the assignments by an academic tutor from the partner school (jointly and individually)
- Permanent hotline in case of problems (24/24 and 7/7)
- Access to activities in the partner school (library, conferences, sports, week-end activities, ...)
- Support in research and writing of dissertation
